For nearly one hundred years and three generations the Elgorriaga family has been producing high-quality American Lamb. Throughout the years they have herded their flocks of sheep across the San Joaquin valley from the feet of the snow-capped Sierra Nevada’s to the rolling coastal range of California and back again.
Esteban Elgorriaga came to America from the Pyrenees Mountains in Spain. With him he brought stubborn determination, and a desire to live the American dream; both of which served him well. Esteban’s son, Ben, with wife Stella, has passed on that heritage to their children, who today continue the tradition of producing lamb the way nature intended. Family is important to the Elgorriagas and they take great pride in providing their own family and families across America with fresh, wholesome, natural lamb.
