Prepare grill (charcoal or gas) according to manufacturer’s directions for medium heat. Place sliders on cooking grid and grill, turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 160F, until not pink in center and juices show no pink color.

Pan-Broiling
Heat heavy, nonstick skillet 5 minutes over medium heat.
Season lamb as desired.
Place lamb in preheated skillet (do not overcrowd). Do not add oil or water; do not cover.
Pan-broil turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 160F, until not pink in center and juices show no pink color.
